Job summary

Advantest is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Assets Accountant to handle daily asset transactions and month-end close within a shared services environment. You'll perform subledger closing, ensure document retention, and support IFRS reporting and compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of ERP experience (Oracle), solid Fixed Assets knowledge, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated initiative in operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of ERP experience (Oracle)
• Fixed Assets knowledge with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated initiative in operational improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel pivot tables and macros

Responsibilities

• Handle Fixed Asset transactions on a daily basis and close subledger during month-end per IFRS requirements
• Ensure proper supporting documents and record retention in a timely manner
• Support and coordinate Annual Physical Count and publish results as per schedule
• Liaise with internal/external auditors on queries and supporting required for fixed asset transactions
• Improve operation efficiency
