OVERVIEW:

As Singapore’s first personal training-only boutique gym, we’ve spent nearly two decades helping clients optimize their health, improve function, and prevent injury and chronic conditions. We are seeking passionate, driven personal trainers who are aligned with our mission to use fitness as a clinical tool for long-term wellness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and deliverindividualized training programsthat address clients’ health goals, postural issues, muscular imbalances, and age-related changes, based on Fitness Factory’s training methodology.
• Educate clients onthe role of exercise in preventive health, functional movement, and sustainable strength.
• Ensure all exercises are executed with precision and safety, throughclear instruction, attentive correction, and appropriate progressions or regressions.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and trackclient progressacross health markers, strength milestones, and movement quality.
• Upholdexcellentstandardsof hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all training spaces.
• Be vigilant and proactive in enforcing health and safety procedures, including basic first aid when needed.
• Maintain and oversee the proper functioning of gym equipment, including cleanliness, oiling, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Support the operations team withadministrative tasks, client appointment scheduling, and client engagement.
• Occasionally liaise with vendors for equipment servicing or facility needs when required.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and biomechanics.
• Understanding ofexercise as a preventive and rehabilitative tool.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable client instructions.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High level of empathy, patience, and care in working with diverse populations, including older adults, sedentary individuals, and those with chronic conditions.
• Team player who is proactive and takes initiative to solve problems.
• Applications with recognized qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Sports Science) or certifications in personal training (ACE, NSCA, NASM, etc.) will be an advantage
