Job summary

A leading fitness solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Fitness Team Lead to oversee and conduct Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) sessions. The successful candidate will enforce safety protocols and manage team operations. Must possess a fitness trainer certification and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This position involves working on weekends if required. Attractive gross monthly salary of $3,000 offered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) sessions.
  • Enforce and implement safety protocols during testing.
  • Manage manpower deployment and maintain accurate attendance rosters.
  • Identify and report equipment defects or facility hazards promptly.
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments ensuring safety measures are in place.
  • Liaise with clients to address operational and training-related matters.

We're Hiring: Fitness Team Lead (IPPT Operations)
Location: Nearest MRT - Choa Chu Kang
Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
Salary: Gross $3,000/month

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and conduct the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) sessions

  • Enforce and implement safety protocols, rules, and regulations during testing

  • Manage manpower deployment and maintain accurate attendance rosters

  • Identify and report equipment defects or facility hazards promptly

  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are in place

  • Liaise with clients to address operational and training-related matters

  • Resolve administrative issues related to IPPT results and documentation

  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by relevant authorities
