TheRetailfunction provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

The COO Office has Business Risk & Control teams across various risk types, acting as safeguard for the business

Job Responsibilities

Segment - Privilege and Wealth Banking

Support Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking to achieve net client growth and driving wealth penetration targets by:

  • Establishing clear segment Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) across all communications that align with brand and Personal Financial Services (PFS) strategic focus.
  • Creating advisory and wealth/market content that drives wealth penetration within segments.
  • Ideating and executing marketing and sales-support tactics and collaterals.
  • Revitalizing engagement with our clients through meaningful client thought-leadership events, particularly Privilege Banking Investment Outlook and any new engagement events.
  • Supporting upgrade and acquisition through communication of CVP, segment Current Account Savings Accounts (CASAs), and deposit campaigns.
  • Responsible for optimizing the marketing budgets to achieve strong brand awareness of the segments and to manage and track budgets to ensure effective utilisation.

Wealth Advisory and Knowledge Content

  • Craft wealth advisory strategy and develop communications for cascade to all markets.
  • Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to develop content across a wide variety of topics, including investments, insurance, financial planning, and retirement planning. This includes curating content for regional markets’ adaptation and reviewing communications to ensure consistency of quality across the markets.
  • Ensure timely and relevant advisory/market update content to support client engagement and insight.
  • Identify media/content partners and execute plans to establish our wealth thought-leadership with relevant and timely articles.
  • Develop tailored content to different segments of clients and communication platforms, including sales-assisted channels.
  • Track the effectiveness of content efforts.
