The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Process:

  • Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial reports in accordance with accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports with analyses and insights to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance process and controls around financial reporting to ensure compliance to statutory requirements as well as alignment to internal policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any financial reporting issues.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial reporting and consolidation.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage financial reporting-related projects, ensuring quality completion within timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and outcomes.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and risks associated with project execution.
  • Communicate project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who will plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial consolidation processes.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software such as SAP, Hyperion, OBIEE and Power BI.
  • Experience with financial systems implementations or upgrades.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
