Job description

The Chief Instructor at Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) focuses on the high quality training sessions, ensuring equipment readiness, managing classroom logistics, engaging learners, and maintaining documentation for course records. This role works under the operational guidance of the Training Operations Lead and technical guidance of the Training Quality Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

  • Conduct scheduled sessions, engage learners through practical and interactive methods, tailor content to learner profiles, monitor progress, and ensure learning outcomes are met.
  • Ensure all training materials and equipment are prepared, functional, and well-maintained; report issues promptly.
  • Handle setup and teardown for offsite training and coordinate logistics with the Training Coordinator.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs and regulatory guidelines; support and report freelance instructors’ performance as needed.
  • Record and submit attendance, assessment results, incident reports, and QCPR data accurately and promptly.
  • Attend ongoing training, apply feedback for improvement, and maintain high instructional standards.
