Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a firmware engineer to perform integration, testing, and debugging in a Linux (Ubuntu) environment, and to develop, modify, and debug code using C, C++, and Python.

You will conduct initial issue triage by analyzing logs, collaborate with firmware, software, and hardware teams to troubleshoot, perform functional testing to verify fixes, and document debugging findings and resolution steps, with Git version control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in firmware integration, embedded systems, or software debugging.
• Proficient in Linux OS (Ubuntu), C, C++, and Python.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Experience in embedded systems, firmware integration, or device-level software debugging is an advantage.
