Job Description:

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure their work complies with approved drawings, specified methods, materials, and sample requirements.

• Coordinate with authorities, subcontractors, and clients regarding drawings and material specifications.

• Review fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Identify and address discrepancies among M&E, structural, architectural, and client specifications.

• Oversee project execution in accordance with timelines and address issues raised during contractor meetings.

• Plan and carry out testing, commissioning, and site inspections; prepare OMMs, training materials, and As-Built documentation for project handover and Defects Liability Period (DLP) maintenance.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services
