You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and to contract, while upholding safety and quality standards. Oversees activity to ensure that project is completed in accordance with scope, budget, codes, and schedule as bound by contract. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors
Define scope, budget and schedule for projects
Device project implementation methodology
Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.
Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
Establish effective communication with customer
Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors
Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.
Identify and secure variation order.
Cost control. Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS.
Managing reports and documents
Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding
Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.
Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner
Assign task to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if any
System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.
Train customer and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit.
Hand over project to customer and later to service team.
Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 years relevantexperience in Building Services, M&E or construction preferably in Fire Protection System
Competent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement.
Excel, Word and Project essential
Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time
