Job summary

BigHire is seeking a Project Engineer (Fire Alarm / Electrical) to plan, coordinate, and execute fire alarm and electrical system projects from initiation to completion. You will review designs, supervise site installations, and conduct testing and commissioning in compliance with NFPA, BS, MS, and local regulations.

The role requires a degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field and 2–3 years' experience in fire alarm or M&E projects.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fire alarm and electrical projects from start to finish.
• Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting with authorities for inspections.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor costs, variations, and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
