Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a sanctions screening specialist to configure and manage Fircosoft LNRS WUM/SOC components, ensuring accurate output generation.

You will translate regulatory requirements into system designs, define file structures and mappings, and collaborate with Compliance, IT, and country owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Fircosoft / LNRS experience with configuring WUM and SOC.
• Experience in watchlist file setup, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output generation.
• Strong understanding of sanctions screening and sanctions list management processes.
• Experience with Firco Continuity or other Fircosoft sanctions screening implementations.
• Good understanding of file-based and API-based integrations, including MFT/RIH and SFTP.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, exception handling, and implementation handover.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage watchlist files, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output generation within WUM/SOC.
• Manage the end-to-end sanctions list lifecycle, including ingestion, governance, and SOC output handover.

• Define target file structures, mappings, identifiers, encoding, and validation rules.
• Support integration with downstream non-Firco screening systems via shared folders, API, SFTP, or RPA.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams and country system owners.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, test scenario development, and operational handover.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage watchlist files, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output generation within WUM/SOC.


• Manage the end-to-end sanctions list management lifecycle, including list ingestion, consolidation, governance, SOC output generation, and deployment handover.


• Translate business and compliance requirements into WUM/SOC configuration and integration designs.


• Define target file structures, field mappings, identifiers, encoding, mandatory fields, validation rules, country/list ownership rules, and exception handling processes.


• Support integration with downstream non-Firco screening systems through shared folders, MFT/RIH, API, SFTP, bespoke applications, or RPA.


• Work closely with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams, and country system owners to resolve requirements and fit-gap issues.


• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, test scenario development, and operational handover.
