Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Strategy Associate/Senior Associate to join a fast-paced fintech team in Singapore. The role focuses on designing and critically evaluating strategies with immediate impact, prioritizing quality and clarity over lengthy presentations.

You will contribute original POVs beyond AI capabilities, work in a flat, fast environment, and gain broad fintech exposure across predictions trading, securities, derivatives trading, and payments.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience in fintech and/or strategy.
• Background in fintech and/or strategy; top-tier strategy consulting highly preferred.
• Candidates with above-average performance ratings will be prioritized.
• Strong original thinking, business acumen, and synthesis of complex information.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Ground Running on high-impact projects in fast-moving markets.
• Design strategic fee structures and monetization models for products.
• Ideate campaigns to maximize Customer Lifetime Value and drive engagement.
• Evaluate potential investments or partnerships with a clear POV for decision-making.
• Develop innovative initiatives while pressure-testing existing strategies for blind spots.
• Apply 80/20 to complex problems and deliver concise, actionable solutions.
• Translate strategic thinking into immediate business actions and align stakeholders.
