Job summary

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on software development, with experience in Java, Python, or C and fintech context. Cloud platforms experience is a plus; you will work with engineers, researchers, and product managers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with Java, Python or C and related frameworks.
• Fintech, banking, or financial services background preferred.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure or private cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance platform for AI-driven banking solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for cloud-based systems.
• Integrate software components with internal and external systems for seamless functionality.
• Learn and apply AI/ML to integrate and optimize models for real-time processing.
• Ensure AI algorithms are embedded and secure within financial applications.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to design and architecture of scalable, secure financial systems.
• Participate in code and design reviews, upholding industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and product managers.
