A leading financial services company in Singapore seeks an Operations Associate to support daily workflows in payments and account maintenance. The role involves onboarding clients, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance, making it essential for an organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in finance or operations.
Support daily operational workflows across payments, settlements, account maintenance, and reporting
Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, including KYC/AML documentation coordination
Liaise with internal teams (sales, compliance, finance, product) to ensure smooth transaction processing
Monitor transaction activities and resolve discrepancies or operational risks promptly
Maintain accurate operational records, SOP documentation, and reporting dashboards
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed
Assist in process improvement initiatives and systems testing (CRM, ERP, or custom tools)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, financial services, payments, or fintech
Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance awareness, and client service etiquette
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Comfortable with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and process management platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Jira)
Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams
Experience in cross-border transactions, fintech platforms, or startup environments is a plus
