Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operational workflows across payments, settlements, account maintenance, and reporting

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, including KYC/AML documentation coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, compliance, finance, product) to ensure smooth transaction processing

  • Monitor transaction activities and resolve discrepancies or operational risks promptly

  • Maintain accurate operational records, SOP documentation, and reporting dashboards

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and systems testing (CRM, ERP, or custom tools)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, financial services, payments, or fintech

  • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance awareness, and client service etiquette

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities

  • Comfortable with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and process management platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Jira)

  • Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams

  • Experience in cross-border transactions, fintech platforms, or startup environments is a plus
