Job summary

FICOFI PARTNERS HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Le Club FICOFI Advisor (LCFA) to manage and grow a portfolio of Le Club FICOFI Members.

You will guide members through their wine journey, build long-term relationships, and provide expert advice on fine wines, curating bespoke wine cellars tailored to their tastes and preferences. The ideal candidate will combine in-depth wine knowledge with excellent sales, communication, organizational, and relationship skills to meet Members’ high

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Fine Wine.
• 3+ years of experience in private client, advisory or relationship-driven environments.
• Ability to host tastings, client presentations and events with elegance and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Le Club FICOFI Members portfolio, growing the community and guiding members on their wine journey.
• Create and present tailored opportunities reflecting each member’s preferences.
• Encourage participation from prospective members to build an active group.
• Use sales reporting systems to plan, monitor, and report against goals.
• Contribute to the development of member opportunities aligned with LCFA’s approach.
• Apply knowledge of member profiles, cellars, and preferences to craft meaningful experiences.
• Deliver wine training and education to members when required.
• Assist in event wine curation, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate across chapters and departments to improve efficiency and execution.
