Job summary

Gemini Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking service-oriented individuals to join a fine-dining front-of-house team in Singapore. You will provide attentive, professional service, attend to guests, and support coordination with chefs to ensure a premium omakase dining experience.

Applicants with experience in fine-dining or Japanese dining are preferred; basic Food Hygiene certification is a plus. Shift-based schedule Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in fine-dining/premium Japanese dining is an advantage.
• Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Prepare dining areas and table settings before service.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Explain menu items, ingredients and dining concepts accurately to guests.
• Coordinate with chefs and service team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with beverage service and maintain dining supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Perform other restaurant operational duties as required.
