Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled chef for a fine-dining restaurant with islandwide locations in Singapore. You will work closely with head chefs to prepare and deliver dishes to the restaurant’s standards.

The role involves following recipes, preparing mise en place, cooking various ingredients, and keeping a clean, safe kitchen. Expect 44–55 hours per week with overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Fine-dining or professional restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in multiple cuisines (Korean, Japanese, Western, Italian) is a plus.
• Willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes and preparation methods to maintain quality.
• Prepare and organise mise en place for the assigned station before service.
• Handle preparation and cooking of meat, vegetables and desserts.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste and presentation standards.
• Keep the workstation clean, tidy and properly organised throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately based on recipes.
• Store food items properly with correct labels, dates and IDs.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organised kitchen.
• Cooperate with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
