Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is representing a fine-dining kitchen in Jurong West seeking an experienced chef to join the team.

You will work with the Head Chef to prepare and deliver dishes to exacting standards, across Korean, Japanese, Western and Italian cuisines. Working 5 days a week with 9-hour shifts (6:30am–3:30pm or 9:00am–6:30pm) and salary ranging from SGD 2,600 to SGD 4,500 plus overtime, this role offers a dynamic environment for kitchen professionals who thrive in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fine-dining or professional restaurant kitchen experience.
• Experience in Korean, Japanese, Western, Italian cuisine or similar concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef to prepare and deliver dishes to standards.
• Follow recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Prepare mise en place for the assigned station.
• Cook ingredients including meat, vegetables and desserts.
• Ensure dishes meet quality, taste and presentation standards.
• Keep workstation clean and organised during shift.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Store food items with correct labels and dates.
• Support the team in a safe, efficient kitchen environment.
• Cooperate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
