Job summary

You will manage client needs through consultations, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, banking, economics or related field.
• Experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred.
• Certifications like CMFAS/IBF licensing preferred or required depending on jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire, and onboard new clients for financial products.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Conduct needs analysis and financial consultations to recommend products.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (MAS, AML/KYC) in client interactions.
• Prepare and submit documentation for accounts, loans, or policies.
• Stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
• Handle client queries and after-sales service professionally.
• Maintain client interaction records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with credit, operations and compliance teams.
