Job Summary:

As a Financial Services Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of financial consultants or advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial consultants or advisers.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide professional financial advice on insurance, investment, savings, and retirement planning.
  • Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional growth.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, or client engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investments wealth management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or team management.
  • Good knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, wealth planning).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
