A leading postal service provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Associate to support walk-in customers at post offices and identify potential financial service opportunities. The ideal candidate will have customer service and sales experience, be comfortable with sales targets, and provide excellent service. This role offers a guaranteed monthly salary, bonuses, and benefits.
This role involves providing customer service to walk-in customers at SingPost’s post offices and identifying potential customers who may be interested in the financial services offered by our partner bank.
Financial Sales Referral
Generate leads and referrals for insurance, and banking and financing solutions (B2C) with our partnered financial institutions
Be the advisor to provide best offerings of Financial products to our customers
Customer Service
Provide good customers service experience
Assist walk in customers in areas of need
Requirements:
Has customer service and sales experience in retail / financial industries
Comfortable to work with sales target
Other Information:
Work Location: Multiple locations, based on assigned Post Office
Work Hours: 44 hours per week (with Saturday and Sunday based on rostered / shifts)
