• Conduct financial reviews to understand clients' goals and life stages.
• Develop personalised financial planning strategies for protection, wealth, retirement and legacy planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to review and improve clients' existing financial arrangements.
• Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, events, introducer channels, and other business development channels.
• Work with business owners on employee benefits, Buy/Sell Agreements and Key Man protection.
• Attend regular training, coaching and professional development sessions.
• Keep up to date with financial products, market developments and industry regulations.

About the role

As a Financial Consultant, you will work with individuals, families and business owners to understand their financial goals and develop suitable strategies around protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, legacy planning and protect business assets. You will receive structured training, mentoring and guidance to develop your professional knowledge, client management and business development skills.
