Job Description & Requirements

• # Track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry

• # Experience in Data Analysis, tracing cash events through multiple systems front to back.

• # Experience in Futures & Derivatives Clearing, Analytical and Creative

• Provide PM/ BA support for front to back control review in futures and derivatives clearing.

• Design, test definition, control definition, training, and production readiness.
  Documentation of project artefacts, including Target Operating Models, BRDs, User Stories, Test Cases.
  Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination, and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
  Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders and support engagement in working groups, steercos, and workshops where required.
  Identify key project risks, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
  Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
  Qualifications/ Skills:
  3-10 years’ experience with degree.
  Track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
  Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required. Knowledge & understanding of workflows and controls beneficial.
  Able to lead conference calls and produce meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
  Experience on UAT- scripts and tools using the detailed functional, test.
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
