Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA-Finance preferred).
- A CFP certification would be a definite advantage; alternatively, candidates should have a NISM XA XB qualification or be working towards the same.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advisory or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with superior communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage clients.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve financial success.
