About the role

As we continue to grow, we seek a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join the Finance Team. This role involves building FP&A process alongside the Head of Finance and contributing to the overall growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong overall understanding of the FP&A framework, be able to build robust processes from scratch and be a strong team player of the Finance Team.

As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll:
  • Drive financial planning, commercial analysis and business insights
  • Manage the annual budgeting process by gathering input from departments and ensuring strategic priorities are reflected in the financial plan
  • Create detailed financial forecasts and track actual performance against budget, highlighting variances, and providing actionable insights
  • Perform variance analysis for revenue, costs, and profitability metrics, identifying key drivers and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct special financial analyses as required, such as evaluating new business opportunities, investment projects, or performance initiatives
  • Provide timely insights into financial performance to assist leadership in decision-making
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide recommendations to optimise financial results
  • Assist in other financial projects or operational needs as required
We’d love for you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in FP&A
  • Prior experience in setting up the framework for FP&A function will be highly preferred
  • Good proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to identify gaps, initiative in picking up projects, and motivation to drive process change
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and able to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Good communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong team player attitude while delivering efficient and innovative solutions
