Job summary

MyRepublic is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional in Singapore to drive planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will produce weekly KPIs, perform variance analyses, and partner with reporting teams to ensure accurate financials.

The role covers monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with scenario modeling support. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy with 5+ years in finance, including 2 years in FP&A; audit background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5+ years in finance.
• 2 years in Financial Planning and Analysis; audit background preferred.
• Independent, meticulous, and able to map operational workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking to link processes with business goals.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Workday) is a plus.

Job description

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

• Prepare weekly KPI for performance tracking
• Provide variance analysis for actuals vs budget and forecast, providing key findings and analysis to the business, highlighting any gaps and work on remediation with the team
• Work with Financial reporting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials
• Support monthly actuals reporting, quarterly forecast reporting and yearly budget reporting
• Handle financials modeling and scenario analysis to support forecast and budget cycles
• Preliminary review of business cases
• Support finance related queries from the business through understanding of operational workflow
• Any other project or initiatives as required
• Open to cross entity working arrangements

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Finance field, including 2 years of working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Audit background is preferred.
• Independent and meticulous in analysing and understanding operational workflows from systems and interactions with stakeholders
• Apply analytical thinking to connect processes with the broader business objectives
• Clear communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) would be an advantage
