Financial Optimization Manager (Sports Manufacturing)
Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead and optimize financial operations across our international subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in driving tax efficiency, capital management, and FX risk strategies, while ensuring alignment with global accounting and compliance standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience working in multinational manufacturing environments and is comfortable building systems and processes across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-border financial planning, tax optimization, and capital structuring for subsidiaries in China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia
  • Design and implement strategies for fund coordination, capital allocation, and foreign exchange (FX) risk mitigation
  • Establish compliant, cost-effective systems for third-party processing fee settlements between HQ and overseas subsidiaries
  • Standardize and unify accounting practices across multiple jurisdictions in line with international financial reporting standards (IFRS or US GAAP)
  • Develop a complete, legally reviewed operational manual for finance-related procedures across business units and locations
  • Support audit readiness and conduct financial reviews for overseas entities
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and business teams to design scalable financial structures and documentation
  • Monitor and report on compliance with local and international tax and accounting regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including significant time in a multinational corporation with manufacturing operations
  • Hands-on experience with financial operations and audits across China, Thailand, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries
  • Deep understanding of international accounting standards and tax systems
  • Proven experience in capital efficiency, FX risk hedging, and intercompany fund flows
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to manage cross-border projects and teams
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
