We seek an experienced Financial Manager with expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and IPO readiness, particularly with equity compensation accounting in the agritech sector. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial disclosures, optimizing equity structures, and liaising with auditors during our IPO journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, with a focus on agritech-specific revenue recognition (e.g., SaaS subscriptions, hybrid hardware/software sales).
  • Manage IPO-related financial reporting, including Form S-1, 10-Q/K filings, emphasizing disclosures for agritech R&D capitalization and government grant accounting.
  • Oversee equity incentive plans (e.g., stock options, RSUs), ensuring ASC 718 compliance and tax efficiency (e.g., 83(b) elections).
  • Develop financial models and IPO valuation narratives tailored to agritech characteristics (e.g., long R&D cycles, seasonal revenue).
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and underwriters to drive a seamless IPO process.
  • Accounting for agricultural R&D grants (e.g., USDA programs)
  • Tax optimization for cross-border equity incentives (e.g., Singapore HQ + U.S. subsidiary).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 1 years in a U.S. publicly traded company or Big 4 audit firm (IPO experience highly preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance; familiarity with PCAOB standards.
  • Hands-on experience with IPO filings (e.g., S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) and equity-related accounting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced IPO environment.
