Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to lead, advise and manage the entire operation team on all business and transactions process and domain.
- Experience in general ledger management and in the yearly statutory audit. Have management and planning ability in tax, financing, and other fields.
- According to the job requirements, need to liaise with HQ in China frequently on accounting issues and reports, which requires in-depth knowledge of tax and accounting code of PRC.
- According to the job requirements, Candidates who have financial and business management experience in iron and steel enterprises is preferred, and proficient in the production, sales and trade process of iron ore, steel and coal, etc.
- Strong ability to analyze financial indicators and ensure the accuracy of indicators and solve problems. Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance team.
- Manage and carry out foreign trade and foreign exchange matters. Analyze financial indicators in real time.
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting of supplier and customers' relevant documents.
- Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including operational and sales budgeting, reporting, and audit process.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with financial institutions and banks to ensure short and long term financing goals of the company.
- Liaise with various stakeholder queries in regards to accounting, finance, taxation, and audit queries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
