About the role

Join our dynamic team at Sanhua International Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a Financial Manager. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations and strategic planning for our Singapore-based entities at the Paya Lebar Quarter. This role requires a strong accounting and tax background, a thorough understanding of Singapore tax regulations and transfer pricing principles, and the ability to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, timely tax compliance, and the efficient completion of audits and annual filings.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation

  • Collaborate effectively with external tax agents, corporate secretaries, and auditors.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment, aligning with the company's Chinese culture.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree, ACCA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in the accounting industry

  • Strong accounting and tax background with in-depth knowledge of Singapore tax laws

  • Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and their application in Singapore.

  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

  • Adaptability and willingness to integrate into a Chinese company culture

  • With senior audit experience in big 4 are welcome to apply

  • Must be proficient in both Mandarin and English.

  • Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen.
