Our client is hiring for Financial Customer Service Team Lead (Korean Language) is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the team and each team member to meet KPI and achieve the team goal
  2. Perform Collection and improve Accounts Receivable performance of APAC customers
  3. Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer
  4. Accounts Payable /Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
  5. Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
  6. Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
  7. Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience of Team KPIs managements and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
  • Experiences in Customer service or Financial Services or Accounting related
  • Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic English for internal communication
  • Business Proficiency in Korean Language to liaise with Korean speaking customers in Korea and Korea counterparts
  • Ability to communicate with customer patiently and precisely
  • Team player for achieving goal as a team
