Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of third-party risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Security, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering (or related); CRISC/CTPRP a plus.
• Experience in financial services with third-party lifecycle process design, regulatory expectations, and risk assessment.
• Experience implementing or configuring TPRM platforms such as ProcessUnity or MetricStream.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to translate requirements into controls.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data analytics/visualization or AI/ML preferred.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated resilience and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end design and enhancement of TPRM processes across lifecycle stages: planning, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, offboarding.

As a Senior Associate- TPRMSpecialist,you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals and consultants to help financialand non-financialinstitutions navigate the complexities of managing third-party risks across the entirethird-partylifecycle. You willleverageyourexpertisetoassistclients in designing, assessing, andoptimisingtheir third-party risk frameworks, ensuringefficientprocesses, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end design and enhancement of TPRM processes across key lifecycle stages, including planning, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Design and enhance key third-party risk assessments, such as TPSA (Third-Party Security Assessment), TPCP (Third-Party Continuity Planning), and other risk rating methodologies.
• Conduct a gap analysis of industry best practices and peer benchmarks against the client’s current TPRM policies, procedures, and framework, and develop recommendations to address identified gaps.
• Support the implementation or upgradation of TPRM systems and platforms by collaborating with clients’ risk, compliance, and technology teams to integrate workflows, data, and reporting functions.

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years experienced in Third-party risk Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Security,Economics, Computer Science/Engineeringor a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CRISC, CTPRP) are a plus.
• Practical experience in third-party risk management within financial services, including exposure tothird-partylifecycle process design,key regulations (e.g.PRA DORA, MAS, etc.),risk assessment frameworks, and due diligence procedures.
• Experience working on or supporting implementation and configuration of TPRM platforms/systems such asProcessunity,MetricStream, or othertechproviders/solutions,preferablyin a banking or financial institution environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and industry standards related to third-party risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills, withthe abilityto interpret complex risk data andprovideactionable insights.
• Proficient in managing large data sets, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel;withfamiliaritywith data analytics, visualization tools, or emerging technologies (AI/ML) preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders,facilitatingclear understanding of risk issues and controls.
