Job summary

OCBC in Singapore invites an undergraduate intern for Financial Crime & Digital Business Risk Advisory to gain exposure to AML, Sanctions and Customer Due Diligence within a leading bank.

You will draft procedures, prepare decks, coordinate with stakeholders, and help drive process improvements while learning in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in business/finance/accounting.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a learning mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating procedures and process documentation.
• Prepare presentation materials and simple PowerPoint decks for meetings and updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project discussions and actions.
• Conduct research, gather information, and consolidate feedback for deliverables.
• Provide administrative support for team projects and improvements.
• Monitor action items and follow up on project milestones.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and cross-functional initiatives.
