Overview:

Partipost is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers of all sizes across Asia. Founded in Singapore, it has expanded to eight markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Philippines. The platform allows anyone with a social media presence to join campaigns, democratizing influencer marketing.

Summary of the Role:

As Regional Financial Manager & Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and driving strategic decision-making to support the organization's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting
  • Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team to support key business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to provide financial guidance and support
  • Prepare and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle year-end group audits, statutory audits and coordinating with auditors and tax agents
  • Adhoc projects as needed and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent) – strong accounting & control background
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant working experience. Any prior experience in the Media industry would be a plus.
  • Extensive experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation and with regional experience
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Systems knowledge: Excel (day-to-day), Quickbooks (financial system)
  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting using advanced Excel and other financial software
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and “hands on” approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle work efficiently and with strong commitment to timelines / deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills to engage all levels of the organization with credibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
