Job description

Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: January 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in alignment with business objectives.

• Supervise treasury functions, including cash flow management, bank operations, and head-to-head (H2H) e-banking integration using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and Integration Suite.

• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and support both internal and external audit processes.

• Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring efficient financial operations and compliance.

• Consolidate financial results across entities and prepare consolidated management and statutory reports.

• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy, risk management, and performance analysis.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).

• Proven experience in financial consolidation or audit at a managerial level.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and Integration Suite for H2H e-banking is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting, financial controls, treasury management, and audit processes.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
