Job Description:

Finance

• Review and establish all formal finance SOPs, including collaboration with other departments such as HR.
• Review and advise management on risk and compliance matters.
• Provide advice on long-term business and financial planning.
• Review monthly IFRS Reporting Package prepared by FM.
• Review quarterly Seido Reporting Package prepared by FM.
• Prepare and submit monthly AVB reports to AWI on time, including supporting documents and explanations.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting, and oversee the preparation of all financial reports for management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, management, and other HOD members.
• Liaise with overseas consultants on all corporate and finance matters.
• Explore new grants and sponsorship opportunities benefiting the group.

Treasury

• Liaise with bankers regarding banking facilities, funds arrangements, and FX matters.
• Liaise with bankers on LC-related matters.
• Coordinate with overseas consultants on overseas banking issues.

Legal

• Collaborate with legal counsel on contract clauses to mitigate company risks, especially for new projects.
• Coordinate legal matters as needed.

Corporate Governance

• Work with the Company Secretary on corporate matters, such as changes in the group's principal activities.
• Assist in project-related tasks, including signing off progress claims and advising on financial presentation and issues.
• Ensure adequate liquidity within the group concerning cash flow.
• Monitor weekly AR collections and flag potential recoverability issues.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Record minutes for the monthly board meetings with AWI.
