Financial controller (12 months)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
