As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets.
4. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
6. Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met.
