BASIC SALARY FROM $3200 - $4000 (Depending on Experience) + Fixed Allowance ($300) + Monthly Comms + Quarterly Bonus!!

As a Financial Banker, you will be responsible for delivering personalised financial solutions that cater to the unique needs of our diverse client base. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand the client's financial situation, goals, and risk profile
• Developing tailored financial plans that incorporate investment, insurance, and wealth management strategies
• Presenting financial recommendations to clients and guiding them through the implementation process
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and proactively addressing their evolving financial needs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective financial solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Actively contributing to the growth and success of the financial planning business
