About the role

National Healthcare Group - Population Health Campus is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst. This full-time position manages key financial operations including budget planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting to guide management decisions. The role oversees essential accounting functions such as AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing while ensuring timely transactions. As a vital part of PHC's finance team, this position maintains financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Support the Budget/forecast activities.

  • Provide timely and accurate financial information/monthly reporting package to management on financial performance compared to Budget and forecast.

  • Responsible for AP/AR & GL of the account.

  • Responsible for month end closing process (e.g. accruals, opex)

  • Ensure all payments are processed and completed within the agreed SLA.

  • Assist in intercompany billing.

  • Prepare quarterly cash flow projections.

  • Prepare policies and SOP for finance operations. Perform financial simulation and build financial modelling for new initiatives.

  • Assist in managing fixed assets, including disposal and transfers.

  • Liaise with various departments within the business unit and on all operation payment/billing related transactional matters.

  • Propose changes to finance operation process to improve internal controls or increase efficiency where applicable.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as and when.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline.

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in Finance Department (operations), with at least 1 year of analytics skills will be an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written skills), with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and SAP.

  • Excellent team player and good work attitude.

  • Resourceful, meticulous and pay attention to details.

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
