Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive operational cost excellence by understanding benchmarks, implementing financial rigor in project reviews, and fostering accountability
• Support budget processes and resource planning (headcount, capex, spends), ensuring optimal allocation
• Review organizational financial performance monthly via PowerBI, identifying cost opportunities and efficiencies
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and implement systems like PowerBI for efficiency improvements
• Provide strategic analysis, scenario planning, ROI assessments, and recommendations, including post-project reviews
• Build strong relationships with local and global Finance teams, Operations, and HR Business Partners

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, or related fields in manufacturing (electronics, semiconductors, or high-tech preferred). Candidates with non-Finance backgrounds but strong interest are welcome.
• Curious, energetic, growth-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement
• Capable of working under tight deadlines in a VUCA environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, analytical skills, and business acumen
• Experience with data tools (Python, Power BI, SQL) and benchmarking is advantageous
