A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a financial analyst to analyze departmental performance and support budgeting processes. Candidates should have a degree in finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in SAP is required, and familiarity with Tableau is a plus. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and report monthly departmental financial performance (actual vs budget) and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in preparing annual revenue projections and budgeting cycles.
Perform costing, pricing, and financial analysis for services, programs, and new initiatives.
Provide financial analytics support for value-based initiatives and decision-making.
Understand system relationships, structures, and data flows to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in system setup and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and build financial scenarios for new or existing projects.
Support any other ad hoc projects or assignments as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in healthcare, management accounting, or data analytics is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and adaptability to change.
Proficiency in SAP; knowledge of Tableau or other analytical tools is a plus.
