PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an FP&A professional to analyse monthly financial results, articulate key drivers and provide variance commentary against budgets.

This role collaborates with business teams to support planning and strategic decision making in a dynamic market. You will build financial models, support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, evaluate CAPEX proposals and produce management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, financial analysis or accounting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely.
