The Role
As part of the APAC regional finance team, this role will focus on driving business performance, planning, and strategic insights across multiple markets. You'll consolidate data, build forward-looking analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence decisions at the highest levels.

Reporting Line
This role reports to theHead of FP&A, under the APAC CFO. You’ll be part of aforward-looking finance teamfocused on business plans and strategy (vs. historical reporting), with strong exposure to senior leadership across commercial, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse regional financials (monthly, forecast, annual plans)
• Deliver insight-driven reports to support business optimisation and growth
• Evaluate Capex proposals and support DCF/investment modelling
• Partner cross-functionally to improve margins, inventory, and working capital
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and dashboard reporting with BI tools
• Lead continuous improvements in financial processes and performance frameworks

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or similar preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, audit, commercial finance, or strategy consulting
• Strong Excel and data skills; experience with SAP, Power BI advantageous
• Commercial mindset, highly analytical, and detail-oriented
