Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Finance Business Partner to prepare business performance reporting and provide insights for financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This role is key for tracking performance and supporting financial audits.

Job description

• Prepare standard Business performance reporting including financial planning process (e.g. monthly reports, BRM, forecasting, budgeting)
• Tracks performance against targets and highlights variances/challenges as appropriate
• Deliver APAC SL monthly closing on time (country and RO)
• Control Regional Office SL cost, recovery and billing arrangement
• Support Regional Office Financial Audits and ISO9001 Audit
• Govern the SL related data in various Financial system

Finance Business Partner

• Interpret, explain and recommend action which can drive business performance within the business (e.g. explains country performance and advise on forecasting)
• Provide insights though their knowledge across the business, industry, competitor and economic context
• Provide detailed/single deal, customer and business performance insights for reporting and planning purposes
• Advise on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs, risk and opportunities
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance
• Preferbaly with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
• Proficient in MS Office
