As a Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Associate Director, Capex, Corporate reporting and Undistributed, and work with other senior members in the FP&A, Facilities and Sustainability and other departments.
Business Support to Facilities and Sustainability departments
Assist in providing finance support for all teams within Facilities and Sustainability departments
Assist in coordinating with the teams to provide accruals in month-end closing
Assist in planning and coordinating in the annual budget and forecasts with the teams
Develop and maintain department operating budgets and forecasts for team heads and Management within Facilities and Sustainability departments.
Assist in collaborating with Facilities teams to provide variance analysis and commentaries on the financial performance of the departments.
Provide support in routine financial and operational reports and presentations for Management in Facilities and Sustainability departments
Assist in other ad-hoc reports, analysis and projects as and when required
Project Request Funding
Perform FP&A duties for non-construction capital expenditure projects, mainly for Facilities and Sustainability departments
Assist department requestors in obtaining management approvals for project request funding (PRF), including collaborating with project leads and other team members to define project scope, cost estimates, operational analyses, project justification, and other supporting documents
Maintain electronic records of approved PRFs
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics;
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Facilities / Property Management industry;
Proficient in MS Excel;
Experience in using visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau will be advantageous;
Independent, resourceful and analytical in nature and self-motivated team player;
Excellent problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
