Join Us as a Financial Analyst - Drive Insights, Shape Strategy

Position Summary:

Are you passionate about turning numbers into meaningful stories? We're looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you'll work closely with our Director of Finance and Manager, Finance ACS APAC, supporting key financial activities across the region. From budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting and variance analysis, you'll be a critical part of our finance function.

You'll also get the opportunity to conduct deep-dive financial analysis, deliver data-driven insights, and build forecasting models that help guide strategic decision-making across the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation and submission of annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecast with variance analysis
  • Business partner to the Operation Leaders. Providing financial advice and data analytics in promoting sound commercial and financial decisions and behaviors
  • Prepare monthly reporting package to Corporate Finance and ACS Operation leaders
    • Submissions of Monthly & Quarterly Financial performance to HQ via SAP/SAC
    • Submission of Monthly forecast, R&O and Cashflow forecast via SAP/SAC
    • Submission of Monthly business review deck for ACS APAC
    • Submission of Monthly and Quarterly Variance Analysis for Day 2 Bridge and Day 5 Reporting to APAC LT
    • Be the primary contact for ACS on financial information request from HQ and Asia Pacific Management
  • Prepare and submit to ACS Operation leaders on monthly aircraft profitability reporting, sub-revenue stream reporting, profit center and cost center reporting
  • Analyze financial data, trends, performances to identify areas for improvements and highlight any risks to the business
  • Develop and utilize financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and conduct scenario analysis
  • Cash and working capital management including Cash Flow Forecast, variance analysis and reporting to LT
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, and company DOA
  • Lead SAP S4 & Basware implementation, and resolve any post go-live fine-tuning issues
  • Support Manager Finance on finance departmental process improvement projects
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company

  • Finance-qualified — You've got a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus a professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA). This one's a must!
  • Experienced pro — You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Analytical mindset — You're great at making sense of complex financial data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
  • A strong communicator — You work well with others and can explain numbers without the jargon.
  • Deadline driver — You know how to juggle priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments — Multi-tasking is your middle name!
  • Naturally curious — You're a self-starter who's always looking to learn and improve.
  • Excel wizard — VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, formulas... no problem! Bonus if you've dabbled with Power BI too.
  • Tech-savvy — You've worked with SAP and SAC, and ideally have been involved in system implementations.
  • Detail-oriented — Precision matters, and you take pride in getting things right.
  • Independent & hands-on — You can work on your own and are confident advising management on financial matters.
  • Project juggler & team player — You can manage multiple projects, coordinate with different departments, and keep a positive, can-do attitude.
