Job summary

A leading company in Analytical & Measuring Instruments is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis. The role involves preparing management reports, developing budgets, and collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with strong analytical skills and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis.

Job Descriptions

  • Review submissions from each department and overseas subsidiary, include but not limited to order booking, sales, inventory, A/R, P/L, B/S, cash flow etc.
  • Prepare and analyse management reports, including budget vs actuals analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in consolidation of accounts and preparation for group Reporting Package.
  • Collaborate with various departments and subsidiaries to develop annual budget and half-yearly budget review.
  • Support the set-up of group financial policies and the subsequent implementation and governance.
  • Review purchase requisition for capital expenditure.
  • Liaise withholding company and subsidiaries for any accounting-related issues.
  • Administrative support and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree or professional certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, auditing, or other related fields
  • Strong working knowledge of financial modeling using software such as Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess initiative and good communication skill in order to work with various departments and overseas subsidiaries.
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint management and RPA will be added advantages.
  • Being attentive, meticulous, neat and organised.
  • Positive working attitude.
