Job description

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• Work closely with stakeholders from various departments; assist the month-end actual closing, monthly forecast, annual budgeting.
• Prepare and analyse actual result by customers/BUs/product level.
• Consolidate internal and external reporting for plant and product line.
• Support standard cost set-up, cost model preparation and analysis.
• Assist inventory stock take and audit.
• Support the on-going systems/reports/workflow enhancements.
Prepare survey and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience-however acquired):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Good working knowledge with MS Excel and Power point, SAP, Business intelligence software.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and high attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels and across functions.
• Ability to meet the tight deadlines.
