As the expanding of business, we are looking for Finance Analyst to further support the growing business needs in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the regional finance team and provide Financial Analyst support to X Star businesses in the region.

1. Budget Management

• Lead the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

• Ensure budget accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives, providing insights to support decision-making.

• Driving budgeting and reforecasting cycles in collaboration with business heads.

• Oversee monthly management reporting, variance analysis across business units.

2. Business Performance Analysis & Finance Business Partnering

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.

• Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements areas; work closely with business units to drive performance and achieve financial targets.

• To support and provide financial insights that will guide decision making to achieve organization’s outcomes.

• Improve processes and develop financial models and dashboards.

3. Equity financing Support

• Support equity financing projects, including preparation of financial materials, investor presentations, and business plans.

• Coordinate due diligence efforts by organizing financial and operational data in collaboration with internal teams.

• Assist in investor communication and post – investment reporting as needed.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be seasoned financial analyst professional with:

• Bachelor’s in finance, accountancy or it’s related majors.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial BP related field.

• Strong analytical and modelling skills, solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and equity financing processes

• Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus (not must)

• Proficient in Microsoft; Experience with financial modelling and data visualization
